Management Mr. Villanti's practices and teachings are widely used by many medical agencies. His 4-Step System to Customer Satisfaction, 22-Cost Eliminator, and No-Fee Alternative to a Permanent Employee each have immediate impact on every client's bottom line. In 2006, he brought to Delphi Medical Staffers (now Med Staffers Plus) his long-time clientele and his expertise in the placement industry. Prior to joining Delphi, he was Owner/Operator of his own business, Medical Connections. In 1992, he was Executive Director of the newly-formed medical division of United Staffing Systems, which included Allied Healthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing and Homecare. Mr. Villanti launched his business career in 1980, when he went to work in a brokerage firm. He quickly rose in the ranks as top producer for 5 consecutive years, and was appointed Sales Manager, then Regional Sales Trainer, for 13 offices nationwide. Mr. Villanti attended Brooklyn College, where he majored in Business Management and later saw active military duty in a military intelligence unit. Justin Closky Justin Closky brings over 3 years of experience as a Medical Recruiter to Medstaffers Plus. Mr. Closky has built outstanding recruitment relationships by placing high importance on customer service and results. By the end of his first year, Mr. Closky was promoted to Senior Recruitment Manager in charge of all Medstaffers Plus recruitment functions. This includes full cycle recruitment for the New York State Office Of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), New York Presbyterian Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital for Children amongst many others. Mr. Closky attended The Ohio State University, where he majored in, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management. John Koczka John Koczka joined Medstaffers Plus in February 2011 as its newest Full-Time Senior Account Executive after being previously employed in sales in many different industries including real estate, legal and medical/dental. Since coming to Medstaffers Plus John has gained many new accounts including: Plus Diagnostic Labs, Alpine Home Health Care and the University of Medicine & Dentistry amongst many others. John has done this through his commitment to providing outstanding customer service and understanding the various needs of his customers. |
