Placement and Orientation: Our Director assigns employees in conjuction with Med Staffers Plus coordinators, and according to the employee’s skills and the needs of the institution. Emphasis is placed on continuity of service whenever possible. We adhere to the orientation policies and procedures of our clients.

Director Interview of All Employees: Emphasis is placed on work history, expertise and review of the exam. At this time, information and performance requirements are given to the applicant regarding policies and procedures of  Med Staffers Plus and the institutions that we serve.

References: At least two work-related references are required. No Med Staffers Plus employee will be placed without above-average references. Telephone references, when available, are documented.

Skills Inventory: Applicants complete a comprehensive skills inventory that is kept on file and updated yearly.

Malpractice: Personal malpractice policies, with limits ranging from $1M to $3M.

Continuing Education: All Med Staffers Plus employees are encouraged to participate in ongoing educational courses. Tuition reimbursement is sometimes provided. Although JCAHO does not accredit employment agencies, we comply, and in many cases, exceed, all recommendations of the ANA, OSHA and JCAHO.
